These premium salad kits are filled with fresh lettuce and vegetable blends combined with a variety of unique toppings and flavorful dressings including ancient grains, beans, arugula, bok choy, and premium cheeses. The current varieties Taylor Farms offers are:
Italiano House — tender leaf lettuces with cabbage, green onions and sweet carrots, tossed in a continental dressing and topped with Gorgonzola cheese, kidney and garbanzo beans.
Lemon Arugula — peppery arugula paired with a lemon vinaigrette and topped with orzo, grape tomatoes, pine nuts and almonds, and shaved parmesan cheese.
California Caesar — crisp romaine and radicchio, protein-packed quinoa, shaved Parmesan, and crunchy walnuts, tossed in a classic caesar dressing.
Edamame Asian Crunch — carrots, bok choy, spring mix, fire-roasted edamame, and cashew pieces tossed in a sesame honey dressing.
These nutritious and delicious salad kits come already washed and ready to eat. They will fit perfectly into your busy life because they are so easy to prepare! All you have to do is…
1.) Buy the kit at your local grocery store and grab a bowl and some silverware. (Available at your local Albertsons, Safeway, Pavilions, and Vons.)
2.) Open the top lid and remove the fresh ingredient tray.
3.) Mix the crisp greens and fresh toppings together in a bowl.
4.) Drizzle with desired amount of included dressing and serve. Admire your healthy, beautiful creation, and dig in!
