New Innovative Training Centers Foster Advancement of Employee Skill Sets

We are excited to announce the opening of two new state-of-the-art employee training centers, focused on employee learning and development through engaging and hands-on experiences with highly technical and sophisticated machinery.

With the opening of these centers, we are continuing to lead in innovation in the agriculture industry and in our commitment to the continued education and advancement of employees throughout our organization.

We’re one of the first agriculture companies prioritizing the implementation of automation and robotic initiatives throughout our operations. The new employee training centers are designed to transition our current team members to work alongside the more sophisticated equipment and create an environment that fosters the development of employee skill sets.

In creating these centers, we have invested over $1 million in a 4,500-square foot facility in Yuma, AZ and a 2,200-square foot facility in Salinas, CA. The centers currently offer training around programming, engineering, and machine operation. These training opportunities have been enthusiastically embraced my employees.
